The Call
Over a decade ago, in 2014, GD Harrison received a divine call from God to establish The Justified Church. Although God had spoken to him at various times—both before and after 2014—two remarkable encounters left a deep imprint.
During one intense moment of prayer, GD, moved by love and passion like King David, promised God that he would build Him a physical church. But God gently redirected him: Why not build me a spiritual one. This revelation stayed with him.
In 2014, while preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ on the streets in the southern region of Nigeria, the word of the Lord came to him clearly and unmistakably. Right there on the street, he heard the name The Justified Church, along with music and its anthem. The experience overwhelmed him; out of fear, he ran from the calling. But as the years passed, God continued to draw him back. Eventually, he surrendered fully, leading to the birth of The Justified Church as it stands today.
Ever since, GD Harrison has been continually guided by God and now walks closely with Him in this new chapter, carrying out the spiritual mandate entrusted to him.
